The old Spanish-style building was absolutely charming. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. I particularly loved the personalized customer service provided by the female desk attendant. The location was perfect for exploring the old town on foot. Despite a minor issue with mold in our first room, the hotel quickly resolved the problem by moving us to a different room. The attached restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel in Cuenca.

Bright and perfect rooms on the first level. Accommodating staff. Marvellous setting in the shopping area, close to top attractions, amenities, and wonderful restaurants. Relaxing square nearby. Outstanding and tasty coffee and tea available in the area.

This hotel was a wonderful find, tucked away near the heart of town but not too close for comfort. Its location was perfect, just a short stroll to the nicest square in town and even closer to a fantastic Italian restaurant.

The building was beautiful and had a lot of charm. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there were lots of great restaurants nearby.

The rooms were quite noisy and the walls were thin, so you could hear people in the next room. The beds were also a bit uncomfortable and not the best quality.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The hotel facilities were exceptional, and the location was near the city center which was very convenient. We loved the fact that it was located in the historical center, which made us feel like we were a part of the history of this city. The breakfast that was served was delicious and the staff that served us was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very comfortable.

Great complementary facts and perfect location in historic surroundings, exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also very satisfying with a variety of options, no need to eat until lunch.

We had a terrible experience during our new year celebration. the noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep.
